SCM Executives invites ambitious final-year university students to join our team as a Sales Intern. This is a unique opportunity to develop your commercial skills in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Wholesale industries while experiencing professional growth and a fulfilling work-life balance.

Therefore, the main challenges and responsibilities of this position are:
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors to
support both commercial and recruitment activities.
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand our
business.
• Client Engagement: Participate in discovery calls with potential clients and collaborators to
understand their needs and present our services.
• Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and headhunting top talent for executive roles.
• Project Support: Contribute to the rollout of integrated recruitment solutions and support various
business development initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and business development
activities, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
• Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to
Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• Commercial Interest: Strong desire to develop commercial skills in an executive search
environment.
• Organizational Skills: Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Proactive Learning: Willingness to engage in learning and applying new skills related to sourcing
and recruitment.
• Mindset: possessing strong interpersonal skills, and capable of working independently and as part
of a fast paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Good communication abilities in English; additional languages such as Dutch
are a plus but not required
